Mostly used for fine detailed work, fine structure
Plain weave pattern.
Finished with glue sizing and 2 coats of acrylic primer, suitable for acrylic and oil painting.
*Calendaring: the linen is turned in-between 2 cylinders at a certain pressure and temperature during a certain period of time. The Fabric becomes more closed, giving a flatter surface, small micro fibres are laying down.
