MM14 Gloss Varnish produces a hard non-yellowing, protective coating similar in appearance to Damar. A final clear gloss varnish, quick drying, designed to give your painting that final "glow".
For an extra gloss look, allow the first coat of varnish to completely dry before applying the next coat.
MM15 Matt Varnish & MM29 Satin Varnish produces a hard, non-yellowing, protective coating with a subdued sheen formulated to match the sheen of Matisse paint films. It is nearly invisible.
Strippable, the varnish re-dissolves in mineral turpentine, which has no effect on Matisse acrylic paints: thus a painting may be completely cleaned and re-varnished without affecting the paint.
